I think there is a small problem with the name of the latest package 
released: 

In setup.ini, section @ cpio:
install: release/cpio/cpio-2.5-1.tar.gz 32703 
a515c5cd537122f30cd0c83d86f588eb
$ file release/cpio/cpio-2.5-1.tar.gz
release/cpio/cpio-2.5-1.tar.gz: bzip2 compressed data, block size = 900k
                               ^^^^^
should be cpio-2.5-1.tar.bz2 ...
