1. Why didn't you use `ssh-host-install' as described in
/usr/doc/Cygwin/openssh-3.1p1-1.README?
2. Why didn't you read the man page of ssh-keygen? (Tip: Look for -t).

But only with DSA keys. Use RSA keys instead. They are more secure.
