Remove Cygwin "History" from FAQ?

Chris,

There's a large "Cygwin History" section in the FAQ at
< http://cygwin.com/faq/faq_6.html >.  It's ancient, with nothing added
since Dec 1998 (20.1).  Although it deserves to be preserved and made
available somewhere, it's hardly "frequently asked".  I wonder if we
can take it out of the FAQ?
