permissions

Typically, I run these commands after installing Cygwin:

chown -R administrators.administrators /
chown -R myuser.administrators /home/myuser
chmod -R og-w /
chmod -R a+rwxt /tmp
chmod -R 644 /etc/*
chmod -R 755 /etc/postinstall /etc/setup /etc/ssmtp
