GCC 2.95.3-1 available for testing -- question for Earnie

How have you verified that?  Did you actually diff the directories?

Regardless, I guess I have to defer to Earnie as to whether we should use the
/usr/include/g++-3 directory or the /usr/include/mingw/g++-3 directory.
