The latest snapshot (21st march) includes support for /dev/clipboard.
Data written to /dev/clipboard is made available to windows applications
and vice versa.
So for example you can select a bash script on a web page, hit Copy, and
then in bash `cat /dev/clipboard` will run that script.
Binary data (such as gifs/jpgs or .exe files) are supported from cygwin
apps to cygwin apps, but not to | from windows apps. Anyone who has the
definitions that Microsoft use for passing such file's around is welcome
to contribute :]
Any test feedback should be sent to this list.
