gcc-2.95.2-9 - invalid cpp spec string

I've refreshed gcc with ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ this change.  It should be
on mirrors soon.  You'll have to force the installation to get the
newer version since I didn't bump the -9 to a -10.
