No rxvt bell on Why2K (was: Re: Rxvt vs. command.com as standard cygwin window)

The bell in rxvt doesn't seem to work on any Why2K system that I've tried,
but it works fine in "Me".  Should be a simple fix, maybe I'll crack open
the rxvt source one of these days....
