I just remembered about building GCC. BINUTILS, and CYGWIN

The proper order from what I remember is
1) build and install Binutils
2) build and install GCC (No matter what the version is
3) build, with new GCC, cygwin stuff.

Then you can build anything you want after that.
Could someone confirm this one?
