I installed the service as described in cron.README and started it, and it

However, I cannot get crontab to work.  When I type "crontab -l" (or any 
other crontab command), I get a message "seteuid: not owner".

I am running Windows 2000 (sp2), with all current Cygwin packages 
installed.  My CYGWIN is set to "ntea ntsec title strip_title tty" and "ls 
-lRa /var/cron" gives:

drwxrwxrwt    3 SYSTEM   SYSTEM          0 Jun 18 10:57 ./
drwxrwxrwx    6 Administ None            0 Jun 18 10:57 ../
drwxrwxrwt    2 SYSTEM   SYSTEM          0 Jun 18 10:57 tabs/

/var/cron/tabs:
total 0
drwxrwxrwt    2 SYSTEM   SYSTEM          0 Jun 18 10:57 ./
drwxrwxrwt    3 SYSTEM   SYSTEM          0 Jun 18 10:57 ../

Any ideas?
