Porting of unix to NT

Greetings,

We have successfully installed cywin exe. Like we have
written a 'c' program in unix os. we want to run in
WindowsNT.I would like to know how to execute the same
'c' program in WindowsNT ,is there any commands to do
so,
please reply your suggestions.
