inetd: how does one change the priority?

Robert,

     Adding nice() to the inetd daemons didn't seem to be working
very well for whatever reason, so I solved the problem by wrapping
Netscape in a script with a call to nice.

     Works like a champ now.  Many thanks for the assist!
