Problem with F:/ and /cygdrive/f/

Hmm.  Maybe.  I don't know for sure.

I'm not sure that I knew this either but now that I think of it, you're
probably right Earnie.  It's unfortunate and surprising behavior.  I'll
have to think about the best way to fix this.
