Configuring GCC as ARM cross compiler

I have cygwin installed on Windows 2000
and it now generates W2k code.

How do I add capability for GCC to generate
strongarm code? Does this require another install
or can it be done by setting appropriate switches
on the GCC command line.

Pointers to instructions for doing this will be
appreciated.
