Drive with cygwin moved from "E:" to "D:", how to fix?

Change the entries in windows registry by hand.

or:
delete /etc/setup/installed.db
delete setup.ini

run setup again, it will install all new, at the end of setup, when it
asks if there to make a link on the desktop and add to start menu, 
choose both, then setup should update the registry also.
