strange error "getsem: can't open cygwin1S3.sigcatch.224"

 Hallo !

 I did not find something in the mailarchive about this:

 I get often the following error-message from various commands
 (make, plan, cp, bash, ...). It happend often (6-10 times a day)
 but not on every invocation of a command.
 Usually, the command recovers after about 3 minutes.
 Sometimes, I have to kill the process with WinNT-Taskmgr.

 Any ideas what I might have screwd up?
 (Line breaks by me):

          can't open cygwin1S3.sigcatch.224, Win32 error 5
538 [sig] make 293 wait_sig:
          WFMO failed, Win32 error 6
60001268 [main] make 293 sig_send:
     wait for sig_complete event failed, sig -2, rc 258, Win32 error 0

 Less often I get something like:

101043726 [proc] make 293 sig_send:
     error sending signal 20 to pid 293, semaphore 0x0, Win32 error 6

 From this error, the command never recovers. I have to kill it
 using WinNT-Taskmgr.

 A "kill -9 <pid>" results in "Not owner", a "kill -9 <pid> executed
 with administrator-privilegies did not show any result.


 (I searched the archive with "+cygwin1s3 +sigcatch +error" but
  did not find something usefull.)


 "CygCheck -r -s -v" is attached.
