Possible cygipc 1.1.8 problem (was Re: PostgreSQL 7.1 Beta 3 does not run under Cygwin 1.1.8)

No, not really.  I tried out the obvious -- you know, use ipctest and
verify that "ordinary" usage of cygipc still works under 1.1.8.  It
does.  As far as why (or if) it is failing after mmap, I duuno.  Sorry.
