GNU Adapter DLL for Code Warrior

Hi,
    The metroworks web site talks about a GNU Adapter dll..that helps u
integrate GNU developemtal tools with
Code Warrior IDE.But I find no mention in my copy of Code Warrior.
I am using Code Warrior for Windows Platform.
Is any body using Code Warrior along with Cygwin?
I s any body using using this GNU Adapter?
How can I get hold of it?!!
