cannot compile source code

[Bahry Shamsul-A17415]

Hi,

I have just installed cygwin on my NT machine. I wrote a small C code and tried to compile it
but came back with an error message "The procedure entry point_ctype_ could not be located
in the dynamic link library cygwin1.dll". 

Any idea to solve it.
