Bug Report: CVS often fails in scripts under Cygwin

Your HOME has spaces in it.  I suggest that you:
  mkdir /home
  mount c:/Documents\ and\ Settings /home
  export HOME=/home/Josh_Schulte
This may or may not solve your problem.
