STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION/segfault problems with cygwin 1.1.4

What version of squid are you compiling?
Also you _must_ have cygwin 1.1.3 or later to successfully build and run the
cygwin port of squid.
Other than the cygwin-based port they all require MSVC to compile AFAIK.
