The number of Win95 machines are growing fewer and fewer.  The core team is not
going to spend it's time on such a broken deprecated system.  Since you still
own and operate on a Win95 and if you wish for others that are using Win95 to
benefit from your discoveries then it would be kind of you to find the problem
and submit a patch.  Otherwise, it's not going to become resolved.
