xemacs link problem

I got the following error message when I compile both xemacs-21.2.10 and 12.

/packages/xemacs-21.1.12/src/database.c:263: undefined reference to
`_imp__dbm_f
irstkey'
/packages/xemacs-21.1.12/src/database.c:267: undefined reference to
`_imp__dbm_f
etch'
/packages/xemacs-21.1.12/src/database.c:265: undefined reference to
`_imp__dbm_n
extkey'
database.o: In function `dbm_get':

This is on NT with cygwin 1.1.4, I don't have this problem with 1.1.2
