versions/compatibilities FAQ request

How about a hierarchy:

	Cygwin Net Release
	  Bash Shell
	  Documentation
	  README
	  FAQ

Hmm.  Did I just suggest adding the FAQ to the Cygwin net release?
I think we only have to add the FAQ URL, actually.
