binutils-20001029-1.tar.gz is missing info files

I believe (haven't tried it, have studied the Makefile) that the make process
is broken in this respect wrt GNU standards.  It appears that you have to:
  make info
  make install-info
to get the info file installed for binutils.  This is with the current CVS
version.
