WxWindows for Windows. Problem resizing a window.

I compiled the WxWindows graphic library within the cygwin environment.

When i resize the window of a WxWindows application, the contents of the window 
is flashing.

Has somebody compiled WxWindows without having this problem.

Does somebody know a way to avoid this flashing.
