Bad Cygwin Mirrors.

I have found that this mirror
ftp://ftp.yggdrasil.com/mirrors/site/sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/cygwin/ listed
in the mirrors.html file to be very incomplete.  Also the mirror only allows 10
users it will be difficult to gain access anyway.
