Cygnus 1.1.2 setup hangs for me under Windows NT 4.0

I agree it's FAQ fodder, and I'll add it.  (Could the original poster
confirm whether this was the problem?)

The latest/README file could also have this information, and possibly
a pointer to the "Installation Instructions" in the FAQ, now that this
part of the FAQ is current.
