setup.exe again...

Ok...

	When I run setup, the box opens that says 
" ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/cygwin/setup.ini "

	prompts me (I hit ok)
		and dies.

      I am trying to get update, and initial ftp reference (from 
setup.exe) is " ftp://sources.redhat.com/cygwin ".
