iterator errors

I had cygwin b20 installed and upgraded the following components recently.
bash-2.04.1.tar.gz
cygwin-1.1.2.tar.gz
findutils.tar.gz
gcc-2.95.2-2.tar.gz
grep.tar.gz
groff-1.11a-1.tar.gz
make-3.79-3.tar.gz
man-1.5g-1-src.tar.gz
opengl-1.2.1-1.tar.gz
shellutils.tar.gz
textutils.tar.gz
time.tar.gz
Now when I try to compile a C++ program with iterators I get the following
errors:
mystring.o: In function `MyString::TrimRight(void)':
/home/Projects/which/mystring.cpp:154: undefined reference to `_imp___ctype_'
/lib/libstdc++.a(iostream.o): In function `skip_ws(streambuf *)':
/cygnus/netrel/src/gcc-2.95.2-2/libio/iostream.cc:66: undefined reference to `_i
mp___ctype_'
/lib/libstdc++.a(iostream.o):/cygnus/netrel/src/gcc-2.95.2-2/libio/iostream.cc:2
31: more undefined references to `_imp___ctype_' follow
Here are the offending lines.
... // In a member function of a class derived publicly from string.
iterator i;
for (i = end(); i >= begin(); i--)
{
if (!isspace(*i)) // Line 154. Errors out!
...
I have no /cygnus/netrel directory. This code compiles fine under my Linux box
at home and compiled fine with the stock b20 install.
Thanks
