Where's cygwin's home page?

Sorry for the inconvenience, I had a problem here with our firewall 
and my netscape configuration. Please ignore my previous e-mail, and
forgive my ignorance...

The cygwin home page at http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/ is 
indeed working as expected.
