GCC & CYGWIN1.DLL Conflicting versions

It sounds like you have an older version of CYGWIN installed on your
computer.  I would suggest that you delete the older version (or,
perhaps all versions) and reinstall the latest net release using the
setup utility on the cygwin home page.
