Dear Sirs,

I have download ispel-3.1-cygwin-b20.1-bin.tar.gz and use ispell.exe.
Now I
want to install a german dictionary. Unfortunately, I should have a
program
compiled with the option MASKBITS = 64. Can I receive such a program
from you?
