dd under CygWin

For what it is worth, MSDOS has the rawwrite.exe command
which is similar to dd. For example, you can copy a Linux
boot image to a floppy with it. I found it in the
"Crash Recovery Kit for Linux" at < http://crashrecovery.org/ >
