internet setup - where are the sources?

Use the "snapshots" link on the cygwin home page
( http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/snapshots/ )

Get the latest "winsup-src-*.tar.bz2" file.

The setup files are in winsup/cinstall/* in that file.
