Suggestion: use tkinfo as info reader

Hi,
I saw in the FAQ that you currently don't distribute man or info
readers. I maintain tkinfo, a rather intuitive point-and-click info
reader which uses tcl/tk and runs on Win95/98/nt. Of course, tcl/tk
needs to be installed first, but if you ever intend to provide a
documentation package, maybe tkinfo could be used. License is BSD.
