mingw: -lwinmm does not find timeSetEvent

Hi,

I've got this problem with linking:

LIBS = -lwsock32 -luser32 -lwinmm

        $(CC) $(CFLAGS) -o loadice.exe $(OBJ) $(LIBS) -mno-cygwin

This doesn't find timeSetEvent, which _is_ inside winmm.dll according to qview. What am I doing wrong? (b20.1 W95)
