bug-fix in textutils

I'm using B19.1, and some of the textutils (split,head,...) don't work
properly
with binary files.
Programs like split are very useful with bin (and big) files!

the problem is solved adding the flag O_BINARY when opening the input file.

if needed i can provide a patch for usertool sources.
