about bash

Hello,Execuse me could you tell me :
      If I can port bash to Windows Nt and build with Microsoft vc++
instead of Make,so that I can debug bash more conveniently.
      Yes,What I mean is to create a project file and with the less
modification of the source code provided by cygwin?
