[Q:] Has Mail Delivery Changed?

I have consistently gotten a

    Sender: cygwin-owner@sourceware.cygnus.com

header on top of each of these messages complaining about the absence of
a Sender: field.

Might there be some problem with certain subscriber's gateways?
