Anyone tried compiling ivtools (idraw)?

I was hoping to compile the ivtools package
(from http://www.vectaport.com/ivtools ),
specifically idraw, under Cygwin32.

I had a brief shot at the make but it turns out to need some tinkering to get it going.  Of course it would be nice if someone had already done it...8-)
