Unix pathname -> DOS pathname

I don't know if anybody has mentioned this yet, but cygpath.exe from
Sergey's coolview patch allows you to convert to/from Dos/Unix pathnames.
Get it at ftp://www.lexa.ru/pub/domestic/sos/coolview.tar.gz
