set CYGWIN32=.....

Hiya,

Heard at least two nice options for the CYGWIN32 setting: "binmode" and
"tty". I'd like to have both at the same time, plus maybe some
additional options that are supported by the coolview cygwin32.dll. 

Can I combine options, maybe as "binmode;tty"?
