I know about two such products:

1.
 http://www.doitnow.com/~quillan/john/tkxcd/

2.
http://www.ipass.net/~klassa/tkdiff/

The second is just fine. May be a little bit fonts tuning for win32 will make
it better,
but it depend on you own taste.
