Earnie Boyd's site carries a precompiled RCS 5.7 for Cygwin B19, which I
picked up (being lazy). However, it would be nice if you could post the
URL of the particular cygwin32 repository that has the program compilation
instructions. Just in case I need to build something that isn't available
in prebuild form.
