Some binary packages added.

Hi!

I uploaded to ftp://www.lexa.ru/pub/domestic/sos/ports some precompiled binaries for cygwin:

1. bzip2 compressor/decompressor.
2. cvs-1.9.26
3. joe-2.8 editor.
4. GNU Midnight Commander 4.1.32 (please, check it on text-mounted partitions).
5. X11R6.4 libraries/binaries.
6. Xemacs-21.0-b41. Runs in X-Window, GDI native and TTY modes, but requires X11 dlls to run.
