Win32 GUI element with cygwin32

To use WIN32 GUI, the first hard thing is to link WINDOWS native libraries
with gnuwin32.
And if you come from Unix world, the Windows GUI is much different with
X-windows in lower level implimentation.  You can try use Xform ported to
gnuwin32 with X-windows.

Note: the file should be tgz file, not zip file
