DirectX 5.0 port to Mingw32/cygwin32

Hi there...
I've just ported over sections of DirectX 5.0 to GCC under win32 so they
actually work (a distinct advantage over the last attempt at a port, let
me assure you).

So far, I've done:
DirectDraw
DirectInput
DirectSound
and bits of Direct3d and Directplay

They all work complete in all their COM splendour (don't know about C++,
they are identical to the original versions without the anonymous
unions, in combination with a ported objbase.h and objidl.h).
