is there a ide ever coming out for gnu-win32

I've tried a configurable ide called pcGRASP developed by Auburn
University with some success. It is picky about not having // as a C
comment. It does do some nice indenting and highlighting of the code.
You can find it at http://www.eng.auburn.edu/grasp . I don't know if
source is available but it is free and freely distributable.
