is there a ide ever coming out for gnu-win32

     You might look to the Gnome project ( http://www.gnome.org ), 
specifically at bide ( http://shells.clipboard.com/~br0ke/bide ) and
Glade ( http://www.comp.lancs.ac.uk/~damon/builder/index.html ).  
They're aimed at Linux and still in the alpha stages - but this is the 
kinda stuff gnu-win32 is supposed to make easy to port. . .
